She is passionate about engaging people which she strongly believes will change the world of work to a better place that will create value for every customer and deliver strategic Business Objective. She has pioneered Enterprise Agile Adoption and HR department in some startup organisations. She has over 16 years’ experience in HR which includes her Agile journey.
Eliana holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Business. She is a Trainer with Agile People and an ICAgile authorized Instructor zealous in Agile Leadership and Agile HR to transformation organisation the Agile way. She is also an active member of Agile Practitioners Association of Nigeria (APAON), promoting Business Agility through meetups (The Future of Agile in Africa and the Middle East and Business Agility Meetup, Nigeria).
