I love bringing people together and seeing what happens when they “tune in” together. I started my journey towards agility (or sense-making) around 2009, and worked in different contexts and companies which provided me with perspectives to make sense of the work we do. I learned Scrum by doing, as a Scrum Master together with my team. We started from the guide and discovered the beauty of Inspect and Adapt.

As a visual facilitator, I love making the hidden things visible, using pictorial language to uncover our understanding of things. Stories are another option for bringing sensitive topics to the surface, which I recently started to explore through my self-development practice, as well as during numerous Around the world in (less than) 80 days workshops throughout the past year!
